This picturesque village, located in the heart of the Calamuchita Valley, stands out for its typical Central European ambience reflected in its architecture, gastronomy, festivals and traditions.
Its Alpine style was first forged in 1932, with the arrival of German, Swiss and Austrian immigrants.
In 1940, Villa General Belgrano went through a strong development phase with the arrival of the “Graf Spee” sailors, who, along the original settlers, started working together in the construction of this unique village.
