Cancellation Policy / No Shows:
Cancellation of reservations will be accepted up to 48 hs before the arrival of the guest. After this, the first night of the stay will be charged in concept of penalty. If the guest does not show up at the hotel on the booked day, a night stay per room will be charged in concept of no show.
